Our site selection criteria:

If you think you've got a piece of land or available commercial space that you want to fill with a Pizza Hotline, reach out to us. Our brand brings a history of long-term occupancy and foot traffic to every site we open in, and we'd love to speak further on a site-by-site basis. Below are some general specifications that we look for, however we are always open to flexibility for the right location.

Our site selection criteria:

- Strong visibility with easy ingress and egress access, ample front and rear parking required
- Front and back door preferred
- End-cap with 30'-40' frontage preferred, 800 - 1350 square feet
- Will consider non end-cap units with a minimum of 15' frontage
- Strong co-tenants, coffee and retail

Lease terms

- 5-year base term with three 5-year options
- No percentage rent or radius restrictions
